AJ has been in the Northwest Arkansas area for over 30 years and is deeply involved in the community, leading non-profit organizations for networking and serving on non-profit boards since 2006. When she is not working out at her gym, you can find her enjoying Mexican food or pizza at any of the local spots in NWA. AJ joined Collier & Associates because of the unique culture and focus on authentic marketing and going the extra mile for clients. She flipped 13 of her personal homes before becoming a realtor and learned along the way how to get your home ready to sell to make the most profit. She is married to Jason Shirey, her real estate partner, and has two sons, Spencer and Ben. Before becoming a realtor, she got her doctorate in education administration and leadership from the University of Arkansas and was a professor of teacher education at Northwest Arkansas Community College.
